The location was perfect, a short way from a broad-domed Roman Catholic basilica. The room was neat and fashionable, and we were provided with old melted cheese on the plate, a saturated carpet, for instance.

The rooms here are decently sized, great for families with connecting bedrooms, and come equipped with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and stovetop as listed.

The Facilities at Livingspace were excellent. The games room and cinema downstairs was a godsend with two children to entertain.

The nightclub next door was very noisy. We were on the opposite side of the building from it but the noise still carried through.

The property was clean and featured modern design, which I appreciated. the staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice all the time. - the location of the hotel was central, adjacent to the center of town with parking outside.

The batteries for the remote were flat and I left them out of the remote in the morning, however no-one thought too much about this and nothing changed when I returned that evening. I had to ask.

We loved the hotel but... It was very noisey, everything went bang when we closed the door bang, opened the drawer bang.... Staff were every helpful

The place was fairly clean with supper friendly staff members. Its location was indeed particularly good and only 5 minutes walk from Classic Motorcycle Mecca Museum. And the area was communal lounge, not far from Right in centre of town for cafes, and cafes and takeaway shops. The service was terrific, including a very good check-in.

The Staff member we delt with when we arrived unfortanly didnt seem to know alot about what was on in invercargill that weekend , event wise and made no effort to find out about the venue we inquired about, and the TV in the family/kitchen room on our floor we enquired about it not working 3 times and nothing was done about it .'''

The breakfast included a variety of options like juice, boiled eggs, and espresso coffee, and the location on the second level overlooking the common areas was wonderful.

The location was good for downtown exploring. The communal areas are great. Pool table and games area in the basement would be good for groups.

No curtains on the windows, only wooden slat blinds. Let in too much light.

The general building looks a bit cold in a modern-concrete sort of way, but this is just a first impression.

The hotel had an excellent location near a supermarket that stays open until 9 pm most nights. It was also conveniently located close to a Catholic church, shopping district, as well as bars and shops.

just like a cold, noisy dormitory. they were no creature comforts like reading lamps, bath-mats, bedside table. definitely not worth the money we paid, should be listed as back-packer accom. very , very dissappointed with it . next to a night- club that went to 3 am. rooms very noisy in themselves. for a 2 bedroom unit , there were only 2 silly cubes to sit on, and no couch etc.
